Alejandro Vega was born in the Pico-Union neighborhood of Los Angeles to Salvadoran parents. His story runs directly through the communities that URA was created to represent. After participating in gang intervention programs, Alejandro connected with URA and began a path toward professional acting. His presence on screen is grounded in something that cannot be taught.
