No. URA is built for people with real presence and authentic stories. While experience can help, what matters more is coachability, reliability, and genuine screen presence. Many of our most successful placements had no prior acting experience.
A clear headshot or recent photo, a short personal bio, basic information about yourself, and any acting experience or special skills you have. A reel or video is helpful but not required. We evaluate the whole person, not just a portfolio.
No. URA does not charge talent to apply or to be considered. Our model is built on legitimate industry relationships and authentic opportunity, not fees from aspiring talent.
Due to submission volume, reviews take time. Strong fits are contacted for next steps. Not every submission will receive a personal reply, but we review everything carefully.
