URA’s talent submission process is designed for people who have never considered acting a possibility, people who have been told there is no space for them in this industry, and people whose real lives contain the kind of authenticity that productions spend millions trying to manufacture.
If you have a real presence, a real story, and the reliability to show up and do what is asked of you — URA wants to hear from you. No acting school required. No agent required. No industry contacts required.
CHECKLIST
WHAT TO PREPARE
- A clear, recent headshot or portrait photo (no filters needed — clear and honest is better)
- A short personal bio: who you are, where you are from, what your life has looked like
- Your physical stats: height, age range, languages, any special skills
- Any acting experience you have — workshops, student films, community theater (not required)
- A link to any reel, video, or social media if available (not required)
- Honest answers about your background — URA values authenticity, not polish

Submit Your Application
Complete the form below with honest, accurate information about yourself. Clear photos, a real bio, and a personal story are what matter most.

Review Period
The URA team reviews all submissions. Due to volume, this takes time. Strong candidates are contacted for next steps — not every submission receives a personal reply.

Evaluation Meeting
Candidates who advance are invited to meet with Berenice Molina or a URA team member for an in-person or virtual evaluation of presence, personality, and fit.

Training & Placement
Selected talent enter URA's training and development pipeline before being presented to productions. Your first placement begins here.
