CASTING WITH PURPOSE
URA Entertainment offers casting services that go beyond what traditional talent agencies can provide. Our network is built inside communities that have historically been shut out of Hollywood — and our placements reflect that access. When you need talent that feels real, URA is the call to make.
Every person we present has been evaluated for professionalism, reliability, and screen presence. We do not send unprepared talent onto professional sets. Our talent is ready because we prepared them ourselves.

URA’s signature program transforms individuals from real-world communities into professional, production-ready talent through a structured development process.

Readiness Evaluation
We meet with individuals to assess their screen presence, temperament, coachability, and real-world authenticity before any training begins. Not every applicant moves forward, and that is intentional.

Training & Preparation
Selected candidates participate in acting workshops, on-set etiquette training, and professional conduct coaching to prepare them for real production environments.

Production Matching
We identify productions whose casting needs align with our talent pool. URA presents talent directly to casting directors, production companies, and showrunners.

On-Set Support
First-time talent receive on-set orientation and support to ensure they understand what is expected of them professionally, from call times to direction to wardrobe.

After initial placements, URA continues to develop talent toward larger opportunities — from featured background to speaking roles and beyond.

Diverse Talent Casting
URA specializes in sourcing authentic talent from underrepresented communities — Black, Latino, Indigenous, and other populations whose lived experiences make them credible on screen in ways that polished acting cannot replicate. We go where traditional casting agencies do not.

Background casting is where URA built its reputation. We supply productions with real people who look like they belong in the scene — because they do. Our background talent comes from actual Los Angeles neighborhoods, not central casting books.

Berenice Molina has always believed that the talent URA develops deserves more than background work. When productions need principal or co-star talent with real-world roots, URA presents candidates from its developed roster who are ready for speaking opportunities.
